Karnataka government ready to give another good news to state people after five guarantee. Now BPL card holder above 90 year will get ration in home.

The Karnataka state government has embarked on a new experiment. Henceforth there is no need for disabled and BPL card holders above 90 years to stand in fair price shop shift. Because the food department itself has decided to deliver the ration door to door.

The ration distributors are against the government and on the other hand, the Food Department is already start to supplying ration door to door ration to the households of disabled persons and beneficiaries above 90 years of age with BPL card.

The Food Department has already collected information on disabled persons and those above 90 years of age. Rations are being given to these households across the state for the last two days. It will be officially implemented after getting the opinion of the people about this.

The food department decided to supply rations first free of cost, then planning to charge Rs 50. The food department has made a plan to fix the price. Once it done Home delivery will start officially.

Currently home delivery has started all over the state collecting opinion from people. Good opinion is being expressed by people. There is a meeting with the minister tomorrow. Gyanendra Kumar, Joint Director of Food Department, said that after the meeting, the minister will give information about this.

Now the Anna Bhagya Scheme DBT process is going well. From Last three month government deposit money to beneficiary account. There is a discussion going on at the government level to provide 10 kg of rice for Anna Bhagya Scheme. He said that the demand given by the Ration Distributors Association will be brought to the attention of the government.
