A bond of Rs 50,000 will be given to you when the child is born. Also, help in bringing up a girl child at various levels is also available from the government itself. The state government has implemented this scheme to prevent feticide in the people and for the girl child to grow well.
After the birth of the child, a bond of Rs 50000 is given to the child. Thus every girl child after completing 21 years of age will be given Rs 2 lakh. This will enable girls at various stages to get the facility of Bhagyalakshmi Yojana.

Money will give to girl education Rs 3000 for admission to school for 6th class, Rs 5000 for 8th class child, Rs 7000 for 10th class child, Rs 8000 for 12th class student. Total Rs 23,000 given for education.
Girl child should study well and develop and girls should get good quality education. This Bhagyalakshmi scheme has been implemented so that a girl child should not become a burden to her parents. This bond matures after the birth of the girl child when she turns 21.
Eligibility for Bhagyalakshmi Scheme:
Applicants must be citizens of India.
Your annual income should be less than 2 lakhs.
Your daughter should not get married before she turns 18.
When a girl child is born, she should come to the Anganwadi center and get registered.
All girls of the state born after March 31, 2006 can get the benefit of this scheme.
Two daughters in a family will get this facility.
