1) LPG cylinder price:

2) New terms of loan:

RBI will implement rules related to loans from December 1, 2023. Under this, it is required to return the property documents submitted by the bank for granting the loan within 1 month of repayment of the loan. If the bank does not do this, it will have to pay a penalty of up to Rs 5,000.

3) HDFC Credit Card Terms:

Under the new rules, HDFC Bank will change the terms of its Regalia Credit Card. From December 1, the rules are changing for users to get access to the lounge. For lounge access, users need to spend 1 lakh or more in a quarter of the year.

In January to March, April to June, July to September, October to December quarters, users are required to spend up to Rs 1 lakh, after which they will be able to avail lounge access. Users will be able to avail lounge access only twice in a quarter. There is also a transaction fee of two rupees for this. However, MasterCard users will be charged a fee of Rs 25, which will be refunded later.

4. New rules for SIM cards:

SIM cards new rules will come into effect from December 1, 2023. This new rule pertains to the purchase and sale of SIM cards. According to the Department of Telecom, now SIM cards cannot be purchased without a KYC process. Apart from this, the rule of selling limited number of SIM cards under a single ID will also be implemented.

Violators are liable to a fine of up to Rs 10 lakh and imprisonment. In these new rules, SIM card vendors will have to register through the KYC process under the system.

5) Important news for Demat account holders:

The deadline for submission of nominations for demat account holders has been extended till December 31, 2023If PAN, registration, contact address, bank account details and specimen signature are not submitted by September 30, 2023, the folios will be suspended.

6) Bank Locker Time Limit:

The revised locker agreement set by the RBI should be implemented by December 31, 2023. Those who submitted an amended Bank Locker Agreement on or before December 31, 2022 will be required to re-sign and submit the updated agreement.
