Aryan Brothers President and student of Usha martin university Aryan Sinha’s new initiative – made people aware through online

Bihar: On 28 June 2020 from 5 pm to 7 pm, discussion was organized through Google Meet Facebook Live and YouTube Live.  In this discussion as *the main spokesperson Motivational speaker cum Assistant Professor of Vedic Group of Institutions Amit Chaturvedi, Dr. Kola Director (IQAC) Prof.  Biotechnology of Kalinga University, Advocate Tejaswani Jharkhand High Court and Dr. Deepa Biswas HOD Botany Kalinga University* were present.

The main topics of this discussion was “Mental health and stability after lockdown”. Host of this program was Data Scientist and computer engineer Achyut Sinha, with whom Aryan Brothers President and Usha Martin University student Aryan Sinha has been doing social work for many years, also organized by Aryan Brothers. In which the participating people discussed the solution of their problem.  At the same time, by participating in such a large number, they encouraged our community

Spokesperson gave a lot of advises on how to cure depression and anxiety. With giving a lot of inspirational examples they explained how to deal with tough situation and maintain the mental health and stability All those who have promoted this event and the spokesperson were given appreciation certificate and the participation certificate has been given to the participants.

Also, some participants have been given prize for asking some important and good questions related to the mental health of young generation. Sumit Tiwari who was a participant as well a promoter of this National awareness programme has won prize for this.
