Railways Recruitment 2024: Invite Application for 3,015 posts, 10th pass can apply

Railways Recruitment 2024: There is a massive recruitment for Apprentice Posts in Indian Railways, West Central Railway (WCR) has invited applications for the recruitment of 3,015 Apprentice posts. January 14 is the last day to apply for these posts.

Railways Recruitment 2024 post details:

Apprentice posts are being filled in various departments of West Central Railway. There are 1164 vacancies in JBP department, 853 in Kota department, 603 in BPL department, 196 in WRS, 170 in CRWS BPL and 29 in HQ / JBP department.

Railways Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Applying candidates must have passed 10th class with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board. National Trade Certificate is mandatory in notified trades offered by National Council Vocational Training.

Railways Recruitment 2024 Age limit:

Age limit for applying candidates is 15 to 24 years. There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

Railways Recruitment 2024 Application fee:

General, OBC and EWS category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.100. SC, ST, PWBD and women candidates are exempted from fee. They do not have to pay any fee. Application fee should be paid online only.

Railways Recruitment 2024 Application process:

First visit the official portal of West Central Railway wcr.indianrailways.gov.in

Then go to home page and click on ‘WCR Apprentice-2023 Recruitment’ link and check notification details.
Click on ‘Apply Online’ link and apply. First enter personal details and register. Log in with the help of Register ID and Password and open the application form.

Enter all the details and fill the application form. Application fee should be paid and necessary documents should be uploaded. Finally submit the application.

Railways Recruitment 2024 Selection process:

Candidates for Apprenticeship Training are selected on merit basis. Merit list is prepared based on the average of marks obtained in 10th class and ITI. 10th class marks and ITI marks will have equal weightage. Selected candidates will be given Apprentice training in the Departments, Units and Workshops of West Central Railway.
