Deceased Renuka Swamy was working in a medical shop and hailed from Chitradurga. Based on TV media reports, Darshan’s bouncers allegedly killed Renuka Swamy in his presence and disposed of the body at Kamakshi Palya. When the body was found, it was eaten by dogs. A security guard of a nearby apartment noticed and alerted the authorities.

Law enforcement responded quickly and established contact through his Call Detail Records (CDR). They also accessed her social media accounts where it was revealed that he had sent obscene messages to Pavitra Gowda. Earlier, there were rumors that Darshan was in a relationship with Pavitra Gowda, who is being interrogated by the police.
