The Education Department has decided to open the school on May 16 instead of June. But now rising temperature is giving tension to start school. The Department of Education is seriously considering extend the summer holidays and postponing school reopen date.

Yes, the Education Department was issued order to start the school year from May 16 instead of May 29. The Department of Education issued an order to accelerate academic activity this year as the two-year academic activity period from Corona has been reduced.

But now the heat is exceeding the limit even though it rains all over the state. The maximum temperature recorded in mid-May was recorded in mid-April this year. Temperature has reached high in many districts of Karnataka including Kalburgi, Bidar, Raichur and Kolar.

It is possible to postpone the school summer holiday in view of children health. Thus, summer holidays are likely to continue until June. The heat has started to rise in Karnataka since early April. Temperatures have been rising due to this massive heat air effect in the all part of state including coastal Karnataka.

Parents are reluctant to send their children out of the house due to high temperature. Therefore, there is a demand to postpone the summer holidays to early June. There are plans to open the school from May 29 onwards.
