The school education department has conducted the assessment test for class 5 and 8 and has indicated that no student can fail. Therefore, there is no intention to fail the students even if the supplementary examination is conducted.
Instead, special classes are conducted for students who are lagging behind in learning to improve their learning, supplementary tests are conducted and the results are given and they are sent to the next class.
A senior officer said that step by step steps have been taken to improve the quality of school education and serious consideration has been given to conducting supplementary examination with the aim of improving the learning of students who are backward in education.
