Karnataka Dasara Holiday extend till October 29

The Government has responded positively to all the requests made by the Karnataka State Government Employees Association to the Government. There are many examples of this. The government has declared Dasara holiday till October 16. In recent development Dasara school holiday may extend, Karnataka Dasara Holiday extend till October 29.

Against this backdrop, schools will start from October 17. There are only ten more days left for the Dussehra holiday. All the teachers’ organizations in the state and all the members of the Vidhan Sabha elected from the teachers constituency have written to the Hon’ble Chief Minister and Education Minister BC Nagesh and re-examined the Dasara school holiday and urged him to extend the Dasara holiday till October 29.

Karnataka State Government Employees Association is the only one that has not appealed to the government to extend the Dussehra holiday so far. Talking to media CS Shadakshari, the state president of the Government Employees Union, said that all the teachers’ organizations have requested the government to extend the Dussehra holiday and re-examine it.

Shadakshari said, “Our union will meet the education minister tomorrow and request him to extend the vacation till October 16.Let’s wait and see what the government’s decision. All the teachers of the state have urged the government to extend the Dussehra holiday, let’s wait and see if the Hon’ble Education Minister will give recognition to the request of the Government Employees Union and extend the Dussehra holiday.

In this background, Ashoka Sajjan, State President of Karnataka Government Rural Primary School Teachers’ Association and all office bearers of the association have welcomed what Mr. Shadakshakari is bringing to the minister’s house regarding the extension of teachers’ Dussehra. The entire teaching team of the state is hopeful that Shadakshari will extend the Dussehra vacation till October 29.
