Apart from this, an opportunity of 5 days in a semester is given to appear for examination work. This is good news for the guest lecturer. In this regard, the Chief Administrative Officer of the Department of Collegiate Education has issued a circular.

Meanwhile, the government has given approval to extend the service period of the guest lecturers who are doing duty in the year 2021-22 till the end of December 2022 in the interest of education. It has also been suggested to allow 5 days in a semester for the guest lecturers to attend the examination work.

The Director of Karnataka School Examinations and Evaluation Board has informed about this, First PUC Annual Examination 2022-23. Schedules for practical exam and secondary PUC practical exam, preparatory exam and annual exam have been suggested to be held within the following dates.

Secondary PUC Practical Examinations for the year 2022-23 are scheduled to be held from 06-02-2023 to 28-02-2023. The preparatory exams will be held from 23-01-2023 to 04-02-2023. Second PUC Annual Examinations will start from 09-03-2023 and end on 29-03-2023.

It is suggested to proceed as per this fixed schedule. The first PUC annual examination question papers have been prepared under the leadership of the respective District Deputy Directors and directed to conduct the examination from 20-02-2023 to 04-03-2023.
