Countdown to SSLC exam in Karnataka: Here is important information

After the second PUC examination (Exam) is over, now the countdown for SSLC examination has started. The examination of class 10 students will start from tomorrow itself. Students are diligently preparing for this exam. Students are anxious to write the exam tomorrow. Meanwhile all the students must observe the following points properly. Which day which exam? Here is the information on how to prepare before going to the exam hall.

SSLC exam will be held from tomorrow to April 15, here are some rules that students and parents must know. Please note. The education department is making all the preparations for the exam. A total of 8,42,811 students have registered and so many students will write the exam tomorrow.

A total of 3,305 examination centers have been established in the state. Rigorous examination will be conducted in all these examination centers.

The number of students who will write the exam and the details are as follows.

  • School students: 7,94,611
  • Repeat students
  • 20,750
  • Private candidates- 18,272
  • Private repeat candidates:- 8,859

In this way so many students are going to write the exam.

There are 301 repeat candidates from the previous row before 2010 who have also been allowed to write the exam this time. 15 private repeat candidates registered for the exam before 2010. In view of security, tight police presence has been made in all the examination centers of the state.

CC camera surveillance, Xerox stations around the examination center are closed during the examination period. All kinds of preparations are done and students can write the exam without fear.

Students are prohibited from carrying all kinds of electronic devices including mobile phones, smart watches, earphones in the examination centers.

Exam Schedule

31-03-2023 – First Language- Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, English, English (NCERT), Sanskrit.

04-04-2023 -Mathematics, Social Science.

06-04-2023- Second Language – English, Kannada.

10-04-2023- Science, Political Science, Hindustani Music, Carnatic Music.

12-04-2023- Third Language- Hindi, Kannada, English, Tulu, Konkani, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Sanskrit

15-04-2023 – Social Science

Students who have prepared for the exam should try to pass the exam in the right way. Students should focus on this and write the exam fairly if they do the work of bringing copy slips.
