Xiaomi Power Bank 5i 20000 67W Launched in India With Built In USB C Cable

Xiaomi has expanded its accessory lineup in India with the launch of the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i 20000 67W. The new portable charger comes with a large 20000mAh battery capacity and focuses on faster charging, convenient design and improved safety for everyday users.

The biggest highlight of the new power bank is its built in USB Type C cable, which also works as a carry lanyard. This design allows users to carry the accessory easily without needing to separately pack a charging cable. The power bank can charge smartphones, tablets and even compatible USB Type C laptops.

Xiaomi Power Bank 5i 20000 67W has been priced at Rs 3,299 in India. The device will be available in Black and Blue colour options. Sales will begin from July 28 through mi.com, Amazon India and Xiaomi’s authorised retail stores.

The power bank supports 67W Turbo Output, allowing compatible flagship smartphones to charge at high speeds. According to Xiaomi, the device can charge Xiaomi 17 Ultra from 20 percent to 80 percent in around 32 minutes, while the iPhone 17 Pro can reach the same level in about 35 minutes and Galaxy S26 Ultra in nearly 21 minutes.

Apart from charging other devices, the power bank itself supports 65W two way fast charging. With a compatible charger, users can fully recharge the power bank in approximately 2.5 hours, reducing waiting time before the next use.

For connectivity, Xiaomi has included multiple charging options. The device features a built in USB Type C cable, an additional USB Type C port and a USB Type A port. This setup allows users to charge up to three devices simultaneously.

The company has used a high flexibility TPU material for the attached USB C cable, making it durable for regular use. The cable can also function as a carrying loop, adding more convenience for people who travel frequently.

Another useful addition is the real time digital battery display. The screen shows remaining battery percentage, fast charging status and other details. It also includes a Low Current Mode designed for safely charging smaller gadgets such as smartwatches, fitness bands and Bluetooth earphones.

Xiaomi has focused heavily on safety with the Power Bank 5i. The accessory comes with 12 layer circuit protection that includes safeguards against overcharging, over discharging, short circuits and excessive voltage. Dual NTC temperature sensors are also included to monitor heat levels during charging.

The power bank has a 74.37Wh rating, which means it follows international airline carry on guidelines, allowing users to carry it while travelling by air. With a combination of high capacity, fast charging and practical features, Xiaomi aims to offer a reliable charging solution for users who need power on the go.
