The second week of June is shaping up to be an exciting phase for smartphone buyers in India. Several brands are lining up their new devices, and the focus clearly remains on budget and mid range segments. Realme, Infinix, and Tecno are leading this wave with upcoming launches that aim to bring strong performance and useful features at affordable pricing. Among the first launches, Infinix Smart 20 is scheduled to arrive on 8 June at noon. The device will be available for purchase shortly after launch through Flipkart and the brand’s official website. It will be offered in multiple color options including Cloudline Blue and Shadow Black. The starting price is expected at 11,999 rupees, making it a strong entry level option in the market.
Infinix Smart 20 focuses on a slim and lightweight design measuring just 7.7mm in thickness. It features a large 6.78 inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate processor paired with 4GB RAM and expandable storage support up to 2TB. A 5200mAh battery with fast charging and reverse charging support is also included, along with IP64 protection and an Ultra Link feature that enables short range wireless communication between compatible devices up to one kilometer.
Realme P4R 5G will join the lineup on 10 June and will be available via Flipkart and Realme’s official channels. The phone is expected to come in stylish finishes such as Lavender Glare and Titanium Glare. It is designed to attract users who prioritize long battery life and smooth performance in daily usage.
A major highlight of the Realme P4R 5G is its massive 8000mAh battery, which the company claims can last up to three days on a single charge. It also supports 45W fast charging. The device runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and features a 144Hz display with strong brightness levels. On the camera side, it includes a 50MP AI supported rear sensor along with an additional lens. The phone also comes with Android 16 based Realme UI 7.0 and offers durability features like MIL STD 810H certification and IP65 protection.
Tecno Pova 8 is scheduled to launch on 11 June at noon, adding further competition in the mid budget segment. While the official details will be confirmed at launch, reports suggest that the device may feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor paired with 6GB RAM. It is also expected to run on Android 16 and support 45W fast charging. Connectivity options are likely to include 5G, 4G, along with Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi Fi support.
With multiple launches lined up in just a few days, this week is expected to bring strong competition and plenty of choices for smartphone buyers looking for performance packed yet affordable devices.
