IMD Issued Heavy Rainfall Alert in 11 states for next 4 days

Weather Update: On the one hand, the cold spell is continuing in many states of North India, on the other hand, the rain is still not stopping in some states. Hence today's weather report of most of the states of the country is given here.

Weather Report: People in North India will soon get relief from cold and fog. According to the India Meteorological Department, many states including Uttar Pradesh and Bihar will experience fog and cold for the next few days. Then the situation will improve.

Weather department has informed that from today the weather in Western Himalayan region will change again, due to western weather extreme, there will be rain and snowfall in Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh for the next two days.

According to India Meteorological Department, dense fog will be seen in East Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, West Uttar Pradesh, Bihar today. Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sub Himalayas, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura will experience dense fog on January 28 today.

Talking about today’s weather, according to Skymet weather report, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and some parts of North East India are likely to witness dense fog in the morning. Apart from this, a heavy rainfall warning has been issued in Jammu and Kashmir till January 31.

While a light rain warning has been issued in Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh between January 31 and February 2. Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh are likely to experience light to moderate rain and snowfall.

Light rain is likely at some places in Uttarakhand and snowfall in upper reaches. Andaman and Nicobar Islands may receive a couple of moderate showers. Some parts of Sikkim, Assam and Arunachal Pradesh may receive moderate rainfall. There is a possibility of light rain in some parts of Tamil Nadu.
