Heavy rainfall alert in these states for next 3 days
According to the India Meteorological Department, moderate to heavy rain, thunder and lightning activity will be witnessed over northwest India between April 13-15.
Heavy rainfall alert: Some parts of the country, including North India, will get some relief from the scorching heat. Amidst the heat of the sun and increasing temperature, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued good news by warning that there is a possibility of rain, thunder and hail for the next three days from today.
According to the India Meteorological Department, moderate to heavy rain, thunder and lightning activity will be witnessed over northwest India between April 13-15. Apart from this, rain and storm warning has also been issued in Central India. Talking about the weather in the last 24 hours, hailstorms occurred in Madhya Pradesh and Marathwada.
Apart from this, heavy rainfall has also occurred in these states. But, Vidarbha, Kerala, Mahe, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Interior Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, West Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Sub Himalaya West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada, Rain and Thunderstorms occurred over coastal Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
Due to Western Disturbance, the weather patterns of Northwest India are changing. Due to this, there will be rain and storm between April 13-15. At the same time, hail also falls. Rain and snowfall warning has been issued for Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand between April 13-15. Further, West Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan have been warned of rain and storm for the next three days.

During this period, strong winds blow at a speed of 40 kilometers per hour. Speaking of other states, expected heavy rainfall in Kerala, Mahe, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Coastal Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands on April 13-14.

A storm warning has also been issued at this time. Besides, hail will occur in Jammu and Kashmir, East Madhya Pradesh on April 13, Punjab, Haryana, West Madhya Pradesh on April 13 and 14 and Uttarakhand and West Uttar Pradesh on April 14.
