7th Pay Commission: The government Employees may get a big gift soon. A huge increase in their salary can be seen. With this, their minimum wage is likely to increase to Rs 26,000. The government may take an important decision regarding this soon.

Central government may soon give big gifts to employees. May actually increase their minimum wage. The government may make a big announcement to employees by the end of this year or early next year. No decision has been taken yet on the new pay commission, but since the minimum pay of employees is 50%, their minimum pay may be revised again and again.

Possible to increase Rs 8000 basic Pay:

The central government can take an important decision for the 50 lakh employees of the state. Their minimum wages can be increased. At the same time, there will be a direct increase of Rs 8000 in the basic pay of central employees. The basic pay may increase from Rs.18000 to Rs.26000 due to revision of fitment factor of central employees. As of now, no official confirmation has been given by the central government in this regard.
Employees union demand:

The employees’ union demands that the fitment factor be increased to 3.68, but the government is preparing to increase it to three percent. The same government employees have been demanding the government to increase the fitment factor for a long time. Currently the fitment factor of government employees is 2.57 and their basic pay is Rs 18000.

If the fitment factor is increased to 3.68 then the basic pay will be Rs 26000. But if the minimum pay is Rs 18000, then excluding allowances, they are being paid Rs 46260 at the rate of 2.57 feet, but if fitment factor. 3.68, their salary may go up to Rs 95680.

DA increase 4% soon:

Let us tell you that apart from increase in basic pay, other allowance along with House Rent Allowance and many other types of allowances are added. Only after that the salary of the employees is calculated. Before this, there will be a 4% increase in the employees’ severance allowance for the half of July.

AICPI statistics have been released for this. Soon the central government may increase the gratuity by 4%. Also, the poverty allowance will increase to 46 percent. If the DA is 46%, there will be another increase in the wages of central employees. Soon the central government is going to give two significant gifts to employees’ accounts.
