New Delhi: Mobile number with 10 digits is being used today. TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) now recommends increasing the mobile number to 11 digits.
There is no change in the existing numbers due to the recommendation made by TRAI. But before calling any cell phone from a fixed telephone, you have to add a zero to the mobile number.
But there is no change when calling from mobile to mobile and from mobile to fixed telephone.
The mobile number of all companies will increase to 11 in the next few days. Mobile service companies need to make arrangements for customers. At present the service can be avoided by using zero when calling from a fixed telephone.
