Oppo is preparing to unveil the new Pad 6 tablet on May 25 with a powerful chipset, giant battery, ultra smooth 144Hz display and several AI powered productivity features for users.

Oppo is gearing up to expand its tablet lineup with the launch of the new Oppo Pad 6, a device that is already creating buzz ahead of its official debut. The company has confirmed that the tablet will be introduced on May 25, and several key specifications have already been teased online. With a slim design, premium display and large battery, the upcoming tablet is expected to target both entertainment lovers and productivity focused users.

One of the biggest highlights of the Oppo Pad 6 is its massive 10420mAh battery. Oppo claims the tablet will support 67W fast charging, allowing users to quickly power up the device and continue working or streaming without long charging breaks. The large battery capacity is expected to offer extended screen time for gaming, video watching and multitasking during travel or office work.

The tablet is also set to feature a large 12.1 inch LCD display with 3K resolution support. Oppo is bringing a 144Hz refresh rate panel to the device, which is usually seen in premium gaming products. This higher refresh rate is expected to provide smoother scrolling, improved gaming visuals and a more fluid user experience overall. The company has additionally included a soft light screen technology designed to make long viewing sessions more comfortable for the eyes.

In terms of design, Oppo Pad 6 comes with a slim and lightweight body. The tablet measures only 5.99mm in thickness and weighs around 577 grams, making it easier to carry for students and working professionals. Oppo will reportedly launch the tablet in three color variants including Starlight Blue, Galaxy Silver and Deep Space Gray.

Under the hood, the Oppo Pad 6 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor. According to company claims, the chipset can deliver an AnTuTu benchmark score exceeding 3 million, suggesting flagship level performance. This could make the tablet suitable for demanding tasks such as gaming, video editing and multitasking.

Oppo is also adding AI based features to improve productivity and usability. Another notable feature is support for sharing a smartphone’s 5G connection directly with the tablet. This can help users stay connected to the internet while travelling without depending on separate WiFi access.

The company is expected to officially reveal pricing details during the launch event. Industry watchers believe Oppo may position the Pad 6 competitively in order to attract buyers looking for premium features at a more affordable price point.
